Join us for a weekend of Rest.  We will gather at Ochoco Christian Conference Center.  Here we will focus on what God has to say about Rest.  In rest we receive, are restored, and remember.  We will have worship sessions, speakers, art, and Rest.  It maybe snowy, but they plow the roads and we can enjoy!  The camp provides food, GOOD coffee and space for fellowship.

Accommodations:  Cabins with some walking between the cabin and the lodge.  There is one cabin that is handicap accessible.  Each cabin has 4 twins and one queen.  More information on what to bring will come after registration.

This is not an Uplift Exclusive Event - although for the event all members sign Uplift membership agreement.

Our Speaker for the Weekend of Rest 2025

Cindy King is a mother of four, grandmother of four, and lover of Jesus! She was born and raised in Portland Oregon, where she practiced midwifery for 15 years, married and started a family. With four children, she and her late husband Lonnie moved to Bend 28 years ago and found a vibrant homeschool community to t into. Throughout the years, Cindy facilitated Speakers for Jesus, led various 4-H groups, taught her children through high school, and provided space for homeschool band! She started her own business involving energy healing and has provided inner healing ministry as a pastoral counselor since her youngest graduated high school in 2013. Being a wife for 20 years, then a single mom for 20 years has given her insight into the needs of women in many stages of life. Her heart’s desire is to assist women of all ages in their quest for intimacy with Jesus and to become healers themselves. She recently co-led an intimate rest-and-retreat for women in Kahului, Maui and is excited to spend this retreat time with you and see the Lord refresh and restore your hearts!
